With so many new creative ways to tell a person you wanna hug them, it’s getting a tad too difficult to filter the good ideas from the bad. Or filter the common from the uncommon. Hipster marh, your choice in presents must be as obsolete and indie as your facial hair. Anyway, I was searching high and low for the perfectly unique pressie for a very dear friend, when I came across Whenever Shop. Owner Aida Salleh is an aficionado of printable collectibles, and she decided to share her love and immensely creative pick of items found worldwide with Whenever Shop.
Junzo Terada’s Happy Time Animal Cards RM49.90
Play All Day by Taro Gomi RM89.90
Dis-Missals postcard booklet RM59.90
The Black Apple’s Paperdoll Primer RM79.90
600 Black Spots pop-up book by David Carter RM139.90
Sorry for the picture overload, I couldn’t narrow it down to a mere few favorites! With such a quirky array of gifts and whatnots, I’m completely smitten by Whenever Shop, and while writing this post I’ve already made orders for both the Indie Coloring Book and a Restaurant Review journal. To see more of Aida’s treasure trove of crazy amazing finds, check out Whenever Shop’s FB page. Or even better yet, Whenever Shop will be opening a stall at this weekend’s ChicPop Street Market.
There is no better occasion to give than a whenever occasion.
