This little heartbreaker with the awesome fringe has been floating around Facebook for quite some time now, and now that 2012 is finally here, we can all revel in the fact that we’re an inch closer to having a mini guy stuck in our pockets while out roaming the town.
Valentine’s Day is approaching so rapidly that restaurants can’t even come up with cutthroat couples’ menus quick enough to cut anybody’s throats while emptying their pockets. So instead of spending cash on someone else’s desserts, why not make your own? I found this uber adorable Macaron Coin Purse tutorial over at CraftPassion, and ohhhhh if my husband could sew I’d make him make me a whole bunch of them (one ring is fine ;p). In fact, I’m willing to sew them myself and hand them over to him to fill with ring(s)!
Check the tutorial out, you can also create them for a macaron tea party. Too cute to eat!
Since a lot of our new fans actually have no idea what the bag organizer is for, we decided to make a short video to show you its convenient transferring of daily items from bag to bag. Because of its sturdy quality and assorted color options – not to mention affordability – it’s no wonder that the bag organizer has always been a bestseller at Gin & Jacqie. What makes the Glittery Jacq different is that it’s trimmed with two lines of handstrewn sequins.
Hope you like the video, it’s my first time attempt at one! More to come soon, so subscribe to our Youtube channel to keep updated on the latest designs, greetings, and other potentially addictive stuff!
What do you get when great typography meets a woman’s best friend (to me, diamonds come second!)? Dynamo’s typography chocolate bars! The team came up with the idea of combining two loves when trying to decide on a unique holiday gift for their friends and clients. Oh, what I would give to be either lucky groups!
I am such a huge fan of Jing Wei’s illustrations. Adorable creatures meet wondrous lands, I could do with every single one of her prints on every single empty wall of my home.
One of my favorite things to do during the Chinese New Year season is take a walk around Chinatown. The amazing splashes of color against old structures made from shades of grey inspires such love for florals, golds, and embroidery of dragons and lace. Buds come to live at affordable prices, along with lanterns adorned with petals and leaves of pinks and greens. I bought an assortment of cookies and a bunch of love letters (the edible kind), but my favorite purchases were the many artificial stocks of flowers that will brighten up my living room, just in time for the Chinese New Year.
When I came across these pictures over at Minifanfan, I was blown away with how much difference some patterned masking tape can make to the monotone of a laptop keyboard! This DIY is definitely for the happy people!
Since I’m such a sucker for the combination of cute and useful, I definitely want a portable speaker in the shape of an ice-cream bar, one of each color please! Found over at www.audiocubes.com.
It’s Monday again, and I’m pretty sure we could all do with a coffee mug that represents the slow progression of waking up, or rather, wanting to wake up. Heat-activated, this mug’s mug transforms from a dull black when empty, to a perky-eyed white when filled with warm liquid. You can purchase the Morning Mug by Damian O’Sullivan *here*.
