One of my most memorable door gifts received was a jar filled with ingredients, and a recipe card with steps on making chocolate chip cookies. And then I found this free printable via The Sweetest Occasion, and I instantly want to throw a random Milk and Cookies bash for no particular reason! They’d make great invites to a baking party for kids, which, incidentally, is available at The Cooking House in Desa Sri Hartamas.

Jonathan Bréchignac has spent 15 months sketching and designing a Muslim prayer mat that represents a series of artistry, from Japanese art, to French Roman, to Native American, and Mexican. His journey towards perfection is almost to its end, and the result? – an amazing tapestry of intricate strokes combined with intensely calculated geometrical and abstract patterns. Even more unbelievable is the fact that he’s come this far with just one Bic pen, and has just begun to use the second. Bic had better sponsor this guy ^_^

A lot of the moms on my Twitter list are busy preparing for their bubs’ birthdays at the end of the year (myself included!), so I’ve decided to post up birthday party ideas found via other awesome moms, starting with this adorable Circus party by Hello Lucky!

I don’t know what I adore more; the simple yet quirky deco of scattered animals and banners, the vintage popcorn boxes and homemade chocolate cupcakes, the pompom party hats, or the fact that clown noses were provided! Such a fun idea, and definitely a party inspiration to bookmark!

Our new iPad covers are in! These comfy cozy covers are expandable and have a variety of pockets to keep your bulk stash in. Made from nylon, they’re easy to clean and easy to maintain. They come in five different colors, making these babies very gender-friendly and fully functional gifts. Available at our online store today!

Continuing with the love for fluidity, I’m lusting after quite a few pieces from Todd Lynn’s SS12 collection. Tailored jackets with silk peekaboo tails, knits that illustrate the flow of the body, the slightly misplaced drapes that form unique cuts and folds, and my favorite hues of blue and grey… What’s not to love??

As a true Piscean, I am at home with any image that swims and shares its world with art. Italian artist Alberto Seveso has created a series of liquid art using colored varnish in a fishbowl.  The results are an overwhelming wave of emotional bleeding that transforms and swells and emulates a sense of fabricated skin that moves within itself.

I’m in such awe of the watercolor-esque floral prints by Prabal Gurung.
